This work focuses on the expectations of some people who left the homeland and settled in the diaspora but then returned, and the experiences they encountered.
The work is based on a song titled “OorkaathuVeesuthu” (The Town Wind Blows) by the writer Pankayamanalan. Mathini Sriskandarajah composed and sang the music for the song. This song has also been recorded and released on an audio recording.
